Insulation
Cavity wall insulation involves injecting high-performance insulating material—typically bonded EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) beads—into the hollow space between the inner and outer layers of your home’s exterior walls. Installation Process
The installation process is quick and minimally invasive. Our certified technicians drill a series of small, strategically placed holes in the mortar joints of your external walls. The premium EPS beads, mixed with a binding agent, are then pumped into the cavity until it is completely filled and stabilised.
Once the cavity is fully insulated, the holes are carefully filled and color-matched to your existing mortar. The result is a completely invisible upgrade—your home looks exactly the same from the outside but feels significantly warmer, drier, and more comfortable on the inside.
Grant amounts vary based on your property type, with maximum funding of €1,700 available for detached homes. To qualify, your property must have been built and occupied before 2011, and all works must be completed by an SEAI-registered contractor.
